Covid-19 Protocols

For the safety of our clients and staff, we have implemented new protocols in order to care for our patients during COVID-19

We will be open from 7:30 AM – 6 PM (Monday-Friday). We will offer appointments from 8 AM – 5 PM (Monday-Friday). We will also be available on Saturday from 8 AM – 3 PM. There will be no boarding pickup on Sunday evenings.

We are limiting in-person appointments. Clients must call upon arrival and wait  in their car until a staff member comes to greet them. Only one appointment will be in the clinic at a time. Our doctors and technicians will be wearing appropriate PPE (Personal protective equipment) for everyone’s safety.

We are strongly encouraging clients to take advantage of our curbside service during weekdays. Clients must call upon arrival and wait in their car for a staff member. A doctor will contact you via phone regarding your pet’s examination and treatment options. When your pet is ready to be discharged, a technician will bring your pet to your car along with a detailed Go-Home sheet reviewing the doctor’s findings, treatments, and recommendations.

If your dog is joining us for daycare, please wait in your car and call upon arrival. A kennel technician will bring your dog inside for daycare. We encourage all dogs to be picked up by 5 PM, as our staff will be leaving at 6 PM.

If your pet is boarding with us, please wait in your car upon arrival. Boarding instructions must be obtained in advance via phone or a “Boarding Instructions Form” on our website.

If you need to pick up any medications, supplements or food, please call ahead to place an order. We encourage everyone to be prepared but are limiting quantities in effort to serve everyone. Our receptionists will take payment over the phone at the time of the order. When you arrive to the clinic, please wait in your car and call us. A staff member will bring your order to your car.

If you are experiencing any symptoms (coughing, sneezing, fever, etc.), please inform our staff via phone.

Our doors will remain locked during our hours of operation for the safety of everyone.

We appreciate everyone’s cooperation and patience as we work to continue the quality of care your pet deserves.

UPDATES AS OF OCTOBER 19th

We are preparing to open our doors again. In order to minimize exposure and practice safety measures, we have put in place the following protocols. We ask that you continue calling our office as soon as you park on our premises.

Curb service is still available for clients who do not feel comfortable entering the building. We will continue to bring medications, food, and other items to your car. We will collect payment over the phone or through our mobile card processor.

Masks will be required for everyone entering the building.

We will take temperatures before entering the premises. The CDC considers a person to have a fever when he or she has a measured temperature of 100.4° F (38° C) or greater.

We will practice social distancing by allowing only 1 owner with their pets in the examination room, having clearly marked waiting areas, and limit the number of people in the building at any given time.

We will have designated sitting areas. We will limit the total number of people coming for other services (grooming, boarding, picking up food or medications) We will continue to disinfect the common areas regularly. As always we thank you for your continuing support. Stay safe!
