"I took my fur babies to Orchid Springs Animal Hospital and I must say that they should be called an ANIMAL CARE CENTER & HOSPITAL, because Hospital doesn't say enough.They have a beautiful, clean, and well maintained facility.They can board our pets, have daycare, do acupuncture, dental cleaning, and even have a bone-shaped swimming pool!These pets are pampered.Now, I will get to the Vet and Vet Tech persons.THEY ARE AWESOME!My bichon, Tucker, is traumatized when going to the vet and groomers because of past bad experiences elsewhere.He went in today for his annual check up and was due for shots.I must say that his first experience with the Vet Tech, Jessica, was a great one. When Dr. Michelle Vereb entered to do his full exam, he felt relaxed enough that he allowed Jessica to hold him, and the doctor could do her exam and administer his scheduled immunization. We discussed his anxiety with lightning, thunder and fireworks. He was prescribed both a natural remedy to try and also a prescription (if absolutely needed) to calm him.Lillie, our 1year old Shih-Tzu, rolled around and was without a care in the world.She had her first check up and loved all the staff and was especially good with Jessica and Dr. Vereb.They went over every item I inquired about. They are informative and easy to understand. We were not rushed, and believe me, they were busy.Plus, to add one more thing.....They had a VERY ANXIOUS GERMAN SHEPPARD IN THE VERY NEXT ROOM. This poor dog was literally jumping on the walls and door, and barking continuously.I first hand witnessed a loving group of staff put their heads together with a plan to help calm this poor dog. Within minutes he was settled and reassured by staff that he was ok, and HE WAS.THIS PLACE IS TOP NOTCH!While checking out, I saw a BermaDoodle looking out over his split door in"his private room", very happy and calm. Heck, he was relaxing in the resort with a pool area.They go above and beyond.You may be able to find"cheaper", but I challenge you to find better.Keep up the great work!!THANK YOU!Grandma Margaret, Mommy LaVon, Tucker, & Lillie Leppo"
